What is Enough?

Our culture teaches us that we are lacking, that we need something we don’t have. It’s destructive to our sense of well-being, the planet, and our wallets. What is it that lets us know that’s enough for now? How do we know we have eaten enough, grown enough, have enough stuff, communicated enough, moved enough, explored enough, gone to therapy enough, cried enough?

This 2-hour exploratory workshop will use body-focused exercises and conversations to help participants learn what “enough” feels like in our bodies. The experience will be shared, witnessed and reflected back through individual and group exercises, cultivating an anchor of authenticity and a tool for personal balance.

Let’s re-find and strengthen our own compasses! Zero moving experience needed.
